Shared housing fire safety drawings are what Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) reviews before approving a shared apartment, villa or building. Our team prepares them in-house and submits them for approval.
What we do
Every shared housing property needs DCD approval. We prepare the fire and life safety drawings from our site survey, showing escape routes, fire detection and alarm, emergency lighting and exit signs, firefighting equipment and fire-rated partitions where needed, then submit them to DCD and follow the approval through.
