What is the Dubai Approvals app?
Dubai Approvals, also called the Structural Solutions app, is a free iPhone and iPad app and web app by Structural Solutions, an independent engineering consultancy in Dubai. It shows the approval route for 220+ Dubai communities across 22 developers, and lets villa owners, tenants and fit-out contractors submit a request and follow it from the developer NOC to the Dubai Municipality, DDA or Trakhees permit and the completion certificate. It is not a government app.
What you can do in the app
- Community directory: 220+ Dubai communities across 22 developers, searchable by community or developer.
- Approval routes: The developer NOC, then Dubai Municipality, DDA or Trakhees, plus DCD, DEWA and RTA where they apply.
- Submit a request: Villa works, fit-outs, as-built drawings and completion certificates.
- Track and talk: Follow your request and contact our engineers by WhatsApp, phone or email.
