Shared housing approval for property managers in Dubai
Shared housing approval for property managers and real estate agents: we check, survey and permit every shared unit in your portfolio so your landlords stay within the Dubai Municipality rules.
What we do
Property managers often look after many shared flats and villas for different owners. We review the portfolio against the 39 allowed areas and the main-road rule, survey each unit, set legal occupancy, prepare the layout and fire safety drawings, and obtain DCD approval and the DM permit for each property, with the owner's title deed or the tenancy contract and owner NOC.
