Shared housing approval for tenants: if you rent a Dubai apartment or villa and want to run it as shared accommodation, you can apply with a NOC from the owner, and we handle the rest.
What we do
A tenant applies with the tenancy contract and a NOC from the owner; the owner NOC is enough, no building-management NOC is needed. We check the area, survey the property, set the legal occupancy at 5 m² per person, prepare the layout and fire safety drawings and obtain DCD approval and the Dubai Municipality permit.

Shared housing approval for tenants: what is included
- Documents: tenancy contract, owner NOC, Emirates ID, affection plan
- Area: must be one of the 39 areas on the DM list
- Category: individual or family housing, not both
- Layout: rooms and facilities to the DM rules
- Fire safety: DCD drawings prepared by our team
- Permit: the DM shared accommodation permit in the tenant's application
