The JGE Rules That Matter Here
- Two design reviews: wasl reviews a concept design, then a detailed design, before the Trakhees permit
- Stay inside the building envelope: all structures, including garages and shades, must sit inside the allowed building area
- As-built plans: wasl provides the as-built plans from the Trakhees completion records; check them against your villa before design
- Early feedback: you can ask wasl for a preliminary indication from sketches before full design
