The JGE Rules That Matter Here
- As-built plans: wasl provides the as-built plans from the Trakhees completion records; check them against your villa before design
- Changes on site: any change during works needs wasl approval; wasl can stop works that do not match the approved design
- Two design reviews: wasl reviews a concept design, then a detailed design, before the Trakhees permit
