How do I request my property drawings?
Choose your property type and community, upload your title deed (or Ejari), your passport or Emirates ID, and a trade licence for commercial units, then send the request. Structural Solutions reviews your documents and emails you the invoice to start. We then request the approved drawings from the developer, the building management or the authority, or survey the property and prepare new as-built drawings. You receive PDF, and CAD where available.

Which documents do I need?
