How do I get a NOC in Dubai?

The short answer
A NOC (no objection certificate) comes from the master developer of your community, or the building management for apartments and offices. Each developer has its own channel: the Emaar Community Portal for Emaar villas, the Nakheel online portal, DAMAC by email, the Majid Al Futtaim app for Tilal Al Ghaf, the JGE portal or wasl app for Jumeirah Golf Estates, and the Dubai Holding portal for its communities. What you need to know

- Nakheel: Nakheel online portal, then Trakhees.
- DAMAC and MAF: DAMAC by email; MAF through its app; then DDA.
- No developer: DM villa areas and DSO have no developer NOC.
