Can I Change My Villa Colour in JVT?
Usually not to a new colour. Nakheel normally asks you to repaint in the existing colour and gives you the colour code. Outside painting needs the Nakheel NOC; inside painting does not.

What you need to know
- Scaffolding: Scaffolding for outside works may need Trakhees approval.
- Villa plans: Nakheel provides villa plans to owners; if they are missing, the villa is surveyed and drawn as built.
- Approved consultant: Submissions to Trakhees are made by an approved consultant, not by the owner.
- VSR: Unapproved works show up in the Villa Status Report (VSR) and need fixing before a sale.
