Atlantis retail fit-out approval, done right.
Consultant-stamped drawings, the mall approval, the Trakhees permit and DCD approval for shops, restaurants and retail units at Atlantis. For fit-out contractors, tenants and brands.
Who approves retail fit-outs in Atlantis?
Retail fit-outs and upgrades inside Atlantis need the mall's approval, then the Trakhees permit, then Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) approval. Structural Solutions prepares and stamps the architectural partition, ceiling, MEP and fire safety drawings as consultant, gets the mall approval, applies for the Trakhees permit and submits to DCD. DCD then inspects the unit and issues the completion certificate before it opens. We work for the fit-out contractor, the tenant or the brand.
Need the stamp?
Upload your fit-out drawings and trade licence. We stamp them as consultant and initiate the mall, authority and DCD approvals on your behalf.
Request a mall fit-out stamp →What the mall asks for
- Consultant stamp: Drawings stamped by a consultant, not by the fit-out contractor.
- Drawings: Architectural partitions and ceilings, MEP and fire safety.
- Fire safety: Every commercial fit-out change, including partitions, ceilings and any decoration update, needs Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) approval, a DCD final inspection and a completion certificate before the unit opens.
- Food outlets: If LPG or gas is used, the approved LPG or gas provider needs its own approval; with electric cooking, an undertaking letter is submitted to DCD instead.
Documents for the submission
- Trade licence and tenancy contract (lease or Ejari)
- Unit plan and the mall or landlord fit-out requirements
- Fit-out drawings: partitions, ceilings and finishes
- MEP and fire safety drawings
- Fit-out contractor details
