How do I get a completion certificate for works already done?
Tell us the property type, the community and what was built, whether there were structural changes, and whether the works were approved, then upload your title deed (or Ejari) and your passport or Emirates ID. Structural Solutions reviews your request and emails you the invoice to start. If the works were approved, we prepare the as-built drawings and arrange the developer and authority inspections, the owner letter and the completion certificate. If they were not, we survey the works, check the structure and regularise them first.
