The Meadows Villa Lift NOC: Adding a Lift to Your Villa
The Meadows villa lift NOC comes from Emaar, and Dubai Municipality issues the permit for the slab openings and lift structure. We design the lift shaft and handle both.
The short answer
A lift can usually be added to a Meadows villa, inside the villa or in an external shaft. It needs openings in the slabs, a lift pit and a structural design with stamped calculations. The works need an Emaar NOC and a Dubai Municipality permit. An external shaft that adds floor area counts toward the extension allowance.

What we check first
- Plot and setbacks: where an extension, pergola or pool can go on your plot.
- Structure: walls, slabs and foundations before any opening or new load.
- Existing floor area: measured from the as-built plans, so the extension percentage is right.
- Unapproved works: older changes are surveyed and approved before new works.
Documents you will need
- Photos of the villa and the area you want to change
- Villa and plot number (Meadows 1 to 9)
- Title deed and owner ID
- A sketch or short description of the idea
- Emaar as-built plans, if you have them

My parent can’t use the stairs. What is the quickest option?
A home lift inside the villa or in a small external shaft. We check the layout and structure first and design the simplest workable option.

Often, yes, as a ground floor extension, which follows the extension route and allowance.
Who installs the lift?
A specialist lift supplier installs it, to our structural design and the approved drawings.
