Key Technical Rules
- Structural check first: any change to walls, slabs or openings is checked by an engineer before design.
- Community guidelines: the master developer's design rules govern facades, colours, heights and materials.
- Added area counts as GFA: any increase in built-up area is reviewed as additional GFA.
- Approvals before work: work starts only after the NOC and the building permit are issued.
