What Dubai Municipality Looks At Here
- Affection plan: the plot affection plan shows the plot and what can be built on it; we check it first
- Plot coverage and setbacks: the villa must stay within the coverage and distance from boundaries allowed for the plot
- Floors and height: the number of floors and the height allowed depend on the plot and the area
- Submitted by an approved consultant: Dubai Municipality applications are submitted by an approved consultant such as Structural Solutions, not by the owner
