How to Get the Emaar Final NOC After Construction
Getting the Emaar final NOC requires: as-built completion drawings showing finished works match the approved Emaar NOC; Emaar Home Modification portal sign-off request; Emaar DRC site inspection of all completed works; resolution of any deviations from the approved NOC drawings; and Emaar final NOC issuance.
