Whether it is a new villa on an empty plot, a residential building, or an extension to an existing home, the DDA permit is based on drawings and calculations prepared to DDA format and the zone’s regulations.
Dubailand Plots DDA NOC
Building or modifying on a Dubailand plot — including zones A3-01, A3-04, A4-09, B1-03, B1-04 and B2-08 — needs a DDA (Dubai Development Authority) building permit, with any NOC required by the plot’s master developer first. We prepare the drawings and manage the approvals for villas, residential buildings and commercial plots.
