Dubai Holding sewerage connection NOC: design to discharge
Connecting a villa or building to the sewer in a Dubai Holding community goes through three NOCs: connection design, sewerage construction, and inspection, discharge and completion. We prepare the drainage drawings and submit each stage.
The short answer
The sewerage connection (design) NOC approves the drainage layout and the connection to the community sewer. The sewerage construction NOC covers building it. The connection (inspection / discharge / completion) NOC is the inspection before the property is allowed to discharge. If the connection works are in the road reserve, the right of way NOC and RTA steps also apply.

No. Discharge is only allowed after the inspection.

Can the sewerage construction NOC be renewed?
Yes, if construction runs longer.
Who can apply for a Dubai Holding NOC?
Only registered consultants and contractors can apply on the Dubai Holding Community Management NOC portal. Owners cannot apply themselves. We are registered and submit for our clients.
