How do I get a consultant stamp for a mall fit-out?
Send us the mall name, the unit type, the scope and your fit-out drawings with the trade licence. Structural Solutions reviews and stamps the drawings as consultant, submits them to the mall, applies for the authority permit where the mall needs one (for example DDA at Dubai Hills Mall, or Trakhees in Nakheel malls and Atlantis) and submits to Dubai Civil Defence (DCD). DCD then inspects the unit before it opens. We work for fit-out contractors, tenants and brands.

The fit-out contractor, the tenant or the brand.
Which drawings do I upload?
Your fit-out drawings: partitions, ceilings, MEP and fire safety, as PDF or DWG. If you do not have them yet, tell us in the notes.
Do I pay on this page?
No. After we review your request, we email you the invoice to start.
Is DCD approval included?
Yes. We submit to DCD as consultant; every commercial fit-out change needs DCD approval.
