Closing a road or lane in a Dubai Holding community, even for a day, needs a road closure and traffic diversion NOC. Works at night need a Night Works NOC. An RTA NOC follows. We prepare the traffic diversion plan and submit.

Dubai Holding Community Management issues a road closure / traffic diversion NOC for any full or partial closure of a community road. It needs a traffic diversion plan showing the closure, signs, barriers and the route traffic will take. The NOC can be renewed if the closure runs longer. Works outside normal hours need the Night Works NOC. The RTA NOC follows for the road side.

Do I also need a ROW NOC?
If the works themselves are in the road reserve, yes. The road closure NOC covers the closure, not the works.
Who can apply for a Dubai Holding NOC?
Only registered consultants and contractors can apply on the Dubai Holding Community Management NOC portal. Owners cannot apply themselves. We are registered and submit for our clients.
