Demolition completion certificate in Dubai

A demolition completion certificate closes a stand-alone demolition permit in Dubai after the works are inspected. It is the last step of Option B, before the new villa design approval.

The short answer

After the licensed contractor finishes the demolition and the site is cleared, the authority inspects and the demolition file is closed. We request the inspection and follow it through to the completion, so the plot is ready for the new design approval.
