- Owner letter: a signed owner letter is required for the completion certificate
- Pool environmental NOC: issued by the DM Environment Department; the backwash runs filter, pressure-breaking manhole, gully trap, then the villa manhole
- Snags are different: a snag list is about finishing quality; sign-off is about approvals
