RTA Plot Access Permit for Compound Villas — FAQs
Does each villa need its own access approval?
Each connection to the road is reviewed; we design the compound frontage as one coordinated layout.
Is a developer NOC needed?
Yes, in master-developer communities, before the RTA construction stage.
Do you prepare the access drawings?
Yes — we survey the site and prepare access, kerb, interlock and tie-in drawings in AutoCAD (DLTM) and PDF.
Can works start before all approvals?
No — access, kerb and interlock works should start only after the RTA construction NOC and sidewalk modification permit are issued.
Who handles the submissions?
We prepare the drawings and handle the RTA and developer submissions as your consultant.
