Key Technical Rules
- Order of approvals: RTA access design study → developer plot access NOC → RTA construction NOC → sidewalk modification permit.
- DLTM drawings: developers such as Nakheel return drawings that are not PDF plus AutoCAD DLTM.
- Outside the plot limit: kerb, verge and interlock works are in the road reserve.
- No early works: concept approval alone does not allow works on site.
- Deposit refund: after the works are inspected and accepted.
