Meraas NOC and approvals in Dubai: app, DDA and completion
Works in Meraas communities and destinations need the Meraas NOC through the Meraas app, then the Dubai Development Authority (DDA) permit. We prepare the drawings and calculations and get the approvals done for you.
The short answer
In Meraas communities and destinations such as City Walk, Bluewaters, La Mer and Jumeirah Bay, villa alterations, extensions, outdoor works, structural changes and commercial fit-outs need a Meraas NOC, applied for through the Meraas app. After the NOC, an approved consultant submits to the Dubai Development Authority (DDA). Restaurants and fit-outs also need Civil Defence approval, and food outlets DM Food Safety approval.
