What Areas Does DDA Govern?

What Does DDA Approval Actually Cover?

- Architectural works — internal layouts, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and external façade changes

- Signage and branding — external signage, entrance branding, and any visible modification to the building’s exterior

Unlike Dubai Municipality, DDA also enforces zone-specific aesthetic and design standards.
