Not all of Dubai. DDA covers areas such as Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills, Business Bay, DAMAC Hills, Tilal Al Ghaf, Town Square, Mudon and the TECOM zones.

DDA does not cover all of Dubai. It is the authority for many master communities and free zones, including Arabian Ranches 1, 2 and 3, Dubai Hills Estate, The Valley, Emaar South, Business Bay, Dubai Creek Harbour, Emaar Beachfront, DAMAC Hills 1 and 2, Tilal Al Ghaf, Town Square, Mudon, Villanova, Mira, Jebel Ali Hills and the TECOM zones.
