What is Trakhees?
Trakhees is the regulatory arm of the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC). Its Civil Engineering Department (CED) approves building works in areas such as Palm Jumeirah, JVC, Jumeirah Golf Estates and JAFZA.

The developer NOC comes first, and submissions to Trakhees are made by an approved consultant. Structural Solutions submits to Trakhees for you.
