Key Technical Rules
- Environmental NOC: issued by the Dubai Municipality Environment Department in all areas, including DDA and Trakhees communities.
- Backwash route: filter → pressure-breaking manhole → gully trap → the villa's existing manhole.
- Setback from the boundary: set by the community guidelines and confirmed before design.
- Equipment screened: pumps and filters placed and screened as the developer requires.
- Structure checked: the pool shell and nearby villa foundations are designed and checked by an engineer.
