04 Scope of Services
Structural Solutions is a structural engineering and consultancy firm based in Dubai, UAE, operating under a consultant license via Nirvana Consultancy. Our services include structural calculations, engineering drawings, authority approval submissions, NOC applications, as-built documentation, shop drawings, and related consultancy services.
- ► Engagements are conducted on a project-by-project basis, subject to a signed agreement and agreed scope of work.
- ► Approval outcomes are ultimately determined by the relevant authority and are never guaranteed by Structural Solutions, regardless of the quality of the submission.
- ► Timelines communicated during engagement are estimates based on typical processing times and may vary due to factors outside our control, including authority workload, public holidays, and client document delays.
- ► Retrospective NOC and violation rectification cases are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to authority discretion.
05 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable UAE law, Structural Solutions and its engineers, consultants, and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from:
